Our upcoming webinar will focus on rehabilitation for those with an acquired brain injury (ABI). This event is designed to provide valuable insights and practical information for those involved in the care and support of individuals with an ABI.
In this session, we'll discuss the importance of rehabilitation and provide an overview of the services offered locally to those after an ABI. Rehabilitation is an invaluable step in the recovery process, helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life. We will explore various rehabilitation therapies and support that is available to aid in this journey.
Â
The panel will feature Chris Grocott, husband of ABI survivor, who will share his personal experiences and insights. Dr. Koseen Ford, a consultant clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist, will provide expert knowledge on the psychological aspects of ABI recovery. Ajit Matharu and Becky Whenham from Headway, a leading brain injury charity, will discuss the support and resources available through their organization.
