Our guest speakers for this webinar include Lawyer and Goalkeeper, Chloe Morgan, who currently is not only a solicitor at Irwin Mitchell LLP but also plays professionally for Crystal Palace FC Women. Secondly, Chief Executive and Principal, Jo Maher, who is the current CEO at Loughborough College.

Chloe is an example of successfully pursuing multiple dreams, with her career as a serious brain injury solicitor, alongside her impressive football career playing through the promotions of Tottenham Hotspurs to Crystal Palace. Chloe has committed to helping the younger generation of women through coaching and ambassadorial work. Chloe’s work encourages girls to get involved with football and to have the confidence that a sporting career is possible. Chloe has also spoken out and fought for increased BAME and LGBT representation in sport, and continues to drive change in the industry.

Jo has completed an impressive climb at Loughborough College, from her master’s degree in sport and exercise psychology at Loughborough, to being lecturer and head of department, to now CEO and Principal. Jo is an internationally published academic and has worked with a variety of athletes from young starters to Olympic standard professionals. Jo’s drive to support students’ ambitions through both education and sport takes a lead in breaking down the barriers women face in the industries.
