Our HR Leaders’ Forums are specifically designed to support HR Directors (or equivalent) and operate strictly under ‘Chatham House rules’.
This gives you a confidential environment to engage with other HR leaders and discuss key strategic issues which may be affecting your organisation. In this session, there will be a legal update from Elaine Huttley, Head of Employment, and an interactive session led by our guest speaker, Catherine Bonner.
Catherine Bonner from Ambient Tribe is a specialist in leadership communication, employee engagement and public speaking.
A dynamic and passionate speaker, Catherine will lead our first workshop with some thought-provoking, practical insights for how you, in your HR capacity, can articulate your value to the Board and peers, empowering you through your presentation, voice and communication to influence, drive and embed HR strategy. Delegates who’ve attended her workshops before give fantastic feedback for her energy, content and outlook and we’re confident that your time attending this session will be a great investment for you.
