You’re invited to Irwin Mitchell’s annual update, designed to prepare your organisation for the year ahead.
We’ll focus on the many legislative changes coming into force in 2024. We’ll also provide our long-range forecast of the issues that may shape employment law if we get a change of government.
You’ll find out about:
• Changes to the Working Time Regulations, which introduce new rules for casual workers and those working under part-year contracts. They also set out what must be included in holiday pay and explain when holiday can be rolled over from one holiday year to the next
• The new duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace
• Changes to the flexible working regime, including making it a ‘day one’ right to request a different working pattern
• The right for employees with long term caring responsibilities to take one week’s unpaid leave each year
• Additional protection for pregnant women and those returning to work after family-related leave from being made redundant
• The right for workers to request a more predictable working pattern
• Changes to the Equality Act 2010.
Previous attendees of our webinars have said that our speakers are excellent, and the updates are “very informative and beneficial to the business we are in”.
Please join us and give your business the best chance to prepare for the year ahead.
We look forward to seeing you.
