Failure to wear the correct hard hat in the workplace can have severe consequences and can prove to be life-changing.Â
Join us for this webinar, where we’ll emphasise the importance of wearing hard hats and take a close look at:
Â
• The development of hard hat technologies designed to enhance protection
• The human side of workplace accidents, particularly focusing on brain injuries, and the legal ramifications that often follow such incidents
• Why any impact on the head should be taken seriously.
Â
The webinar is open to all individuals working in an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) role, as well as charities that provide support to those who have suffered workplace injuries and their families. Any Allied Healthcare Professional working and supporting those with a brain injury will also find this informative.
We’re pleased to be joined by leading experts in the field, both from a research and legal standpoint, who will be presenting at the conference. Additionally, Headway, the prominent national charity supporting individuals with brain injuries, will be in attendance.
Â
The webinar also falls in Hard Hat Awareness Week, was introduced to drive awareness of brain injury through activities designed to encourage best practice around safety equipment in the workplace. You can find our more information here: Hard Hat Awareness Week 2024
We do hope you can join us for what promises to provide valuable insights, knowledge, and awareness surrounding workplace safety and the significance of proper head protection.
